Prepare the Package
Place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected at our warehouse.
